Description I took this video on Gardermoen Raceway on 3rd of August 2008. This shows Norwegian driver Siw Nystad behind the wheel of Swiss driver Urs Erbacher`s Midland top fuel dragster. Notice when she hits the throttle the two times the exhaust lifts the tent and almost brings it down. This shows the tremendous power of one of these 8000hp dragsters. Also notice the photographer on the grown in the lower right corner, he was scared half to death and almost fell over! Also, I should mention that Siw Nystad does not drive for team Erbacher on a regular basis. This was just a 'show' for the norwegian crowd. This race was sadly cancelled because of the rain, but just being there when this thing was fired up and feeling the punch from the exhaust in my chest was worth it!
