Description In the Netherlands, a toddler or kindergartner on the breast is not a common sight. The campaign ' Tiet Zat' of 'Centre for Expertise' (Kennis Centrum) wants to encourage new generation mothers to breastfeed their kids longer. (ADVICE 3:40 exclusive breastfeeding until 6 months and continue until at least 2 yrs thereafter as long as kid wants). 0:10 The Dutch statistics shows that 75% of infants get mother milk at the birth and only 35% of infants get mother milk once or twice a day after six months. Thereafter reduces percentage of breastfeeding very soon and shift to alternative formula milk. According to Centre of Expertise the percentage of infants receiving mother milk at 1st year is very little. Therefore Tiet Zat promotion film intends to promote breastfeeding among young mothers and confront taboos. The Tiet Zat film appear five mothers who express theor views to breastfeed from infants to 2-, 3-, or 4-year-olds . The initiator of the campaign is Anne Hofstede. She has made a film in which five mothers give their opinions on Dutch taboos on breat feeding. The mothers tell why they hav nt stopped breast-feeding when their child was six months old, as many Dutch women do. The mothers also show how it looks like when a bigger children are fed on the breast. To see that one of the women is occasionally still breastfeeding her son of six.
