Hey guys! This is one of my most-requested videos. I am not a doctor nor an expert so please take everything I say here with a grain of salt - this is just my personal experience! In my opinion there are four key things that helped me: 1) I didn't gain too much 2) Breastfeeding! 3) The Belly Bandit 4) Bio-oil (for stretch marks) Please don't let pregnancy weight gain/body changes put you off having a baby! It's one of the most beautiful experiences I've ever had in my life and if you just maintain a healthy lifestyle before, during and after pregnancy you will most likely gain/lose the weight easily and naturally!
