It is a wonder how this number, made with the best intentions certainly, made it past the censors. This ridiculous racist ditty is the high point in a silly attempt to pass off ample Kate as a bona fide film star. A favorite of newly elected FDR, Kate was years away from her signature GOD BLESS AMERICA fame.
