Description A man calls in saying there is a religious group that have come from India; 6 months ago they got a stamp from India, they did the music and the worshippers liked it and they got a 2 year extension. Now he is wondering if he should apply for another extension or send them back to India. Harjap says send them back to India because at the moment, there is less chance of religious groups getting extensions, usually the rule is they can only stay for 2 years. If they did the ILEX band, they could have stayed here. The man says they came through the Ramgarhia Gurdwara, if we send it next time, can we apply for 5 years. Harjap says no, you can only apply for 5 years if you go through the minister of relgion and ILEX band. Harjap says tell them to study for English first. The man says they done the course here. Harjap says they need the ILEX 6th ban, ESOL 1, 2, 3 doesn't work. The man says one last question, their stamp for extension is until 2nd August and their programme is booked until the end of August. Can the president of the Gurdwara send for a 1 month extension? Harjap says they can try but if it is refused, they won't get a visa next time and problems will occur. The man says they want to go back but it's the Gurdwara committee that want them to stay. Harjap says it doesn't matter, nothing will happen to the committee if they go back and it will cause problems for the religious group. The man says the member is Sukhwant Singh Bilga, you probably know him... Harjap ...
