Riots Are About To Erupt In Vegas After What CBS Exec Just Publicly Said About Dead Victims
The heart of man is incredibly evil by nature and every now and then we get a glimpse at just how dark it is.
Sadly, last night, country music fans were touched by evil when a deranged gunman, Stephen Paddock opened fire at a Las Vegas concert.
During the chaos, Paddock was able to gun down and kill 58 people and injure over 500 in just a matter of moments.
The majority of America is grieving the senseless loss of life. However, there are those that lack empathy for the victims and their families. One of those people is Hayley Geftman-Gold who was a VP, Senior Counsel, Strategic Transactions at CBS.
After the tragic incident took place last night, Geftman-Gold made some vile comments about the victims of this heinous attack on social media. And they didn’t go over too well and for a good reason. It is no secret that the left hates President Donald Trump and all of his supporters. These people cannot let go of the fact that Trump was able to win the election over Hillary Clinton. Instead of these leftists laying down their grudge and working together for the good of the country, they continue to fan the flames of division. That was evident even last night after a gunman opened fire on country music fans attending a concert in Las Vegas.
One of those people was Hayley Geftman-Gold who thought the best thing to do during this terrorist attack was to blame the victims. Of course, after these vile comments were discovered people were genuinely upset over this disgusting sentiment. The images were shared all over Facebook and Twitter with people wondering she would be fired for her grotesque analysis. Well, it appears that CBS agreed that this comment was out of line and quickly fired Geftman-Gold from her prestigious position.
Here is more from Fox News:
CBS has parted ways with one of the company’s top lawyers after she said she is “not even sympathetic” to victims of the Las Vegas shooting because “country music fans often are Republican,” when discussing the tragic mass shooting that occurred in Las Vegas late Sunday night.
“This individual, who was with us for approximately one year, violated the standards of our company and is no longer an employee of CBS. Her views as expressed on social media are deeply unacceptable to all of us at CBS. Our hearts go out to the victims in Las Vegas and their families,” a CBS spokeswoman told Fox News.Hayley Geftman-Gold, the network’s now-former vice president, and senior counsel, took to Facebook after a gunman opened fire at the Route 91 Harvest Music Festival in Las Vegas, killing at least 58 people and sending more than 500 others to hospitals.
“If they wouldn’t do anything when children were murdered I have no hope that Repugs [sic] will ever do the right thing,” Geftman-Gold wrote in a now-deleted message that was first reported and captured by The Daily Caller.
