A chartered flight of AMC Airlines McDonnell Douglas MD-83 (registered in Egypt as SU-BOZ) with 72 passengers flying from Saudi city of Tabuk to Pakistani city of Quetta made nose gear up landing at Jinnah International Air Port (JIAP), Karachi, Pakistan, on December 25, 2011. The aircraft on its landing approach to Quetta experienced problem with its nose gear and then flew to Karachi to make nose gear up landing at Karachi Airport. It was a safe emergency landing and all passengers and crew members remained safe.
