Description Things between the human Doctor and Rose don't go as well as we all hoped - he's too damaged, he rushes into things...and she is starting to regret having accepted him so easly in the beginning. The Doctor can only watch from his universe as they start to unravel around each other. So much so that she just has to decline his proposal in the end.
