Description Whitney Houston died today at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, and it was a member of the singer's entourage who discovered Whitney's body in her room, and then contacted hotel security. 911 was telephoned, and when paramedics arrived arrived they discovered Whitney unconscious. After failing to revive her with CPR, the medics pronounced her dead at 3:55 PM.
