Randy Quaid and Evi were arrested in connection with an ongoing Californian court case. They are accused of not paying a bill at the Santa Barbara hotel, where they stayed last summer. The bill is about $10,000.

Randy Quaid is an American actor and comedian and know for his roles in National Lampoons Vacation movies, Independence Day, & Elvis. He is also the winner of Golden Globe Award.

According to sources, they will remain in the Hudspeth County Jail until they post a bail that is 40 grand each. They had to be arrested after they missed many court dates in connection with their hotel case.
Both Randy and his wife claim that they have settled the bill.
