Rani Mukherjee starring in No One Killed Jessica

Rani Mukherjee recently starred in a movie Dil Bole Hadippa as Veer Pratap Singh in Dil Bole Hadippa. Cinemas can go a long way in promoting positive bilateral relations between Australia and India, especially Bollywood films as they are ‘all about heart’, said Rani Mukherji, at the 2010 Indian Film Festival in Sydney.

She also said if there is a positive outlook towards changing the mindset, she would act in a movie about racism.

Even though her last few releases didn’t get hit but she seems ready for a comeback and has signed up for an important role in UTV Spotboy’s No One Killed Jessica.The actress is looking forward to No one killed Jessica, a film based on the murder of Delhi model Jessica Lall in which she plays a journalist. She said it’s a very different and powerful role, so I don’t know how my fans are going to react to it, but I am looking forward to it as it is an interesting movie based on a true life story. The movie is directed by Rajkumar Gupta. Vidya Balan is also starring in the movie along with Rani.

Rani said that the role in Dil Bole Hadippa was a wonderful role. She also got to experiment with Cricket or Play cricket, which she had never played in her life. She also said that it feels good to feel like a man. She is excited for No one Killed Jessica.

Rani also revealed that if she weren’t an actress, she would have been a housewife, and raising her kids probably in Allahabad or Kolkata or somewhere where she lived.
